Refund Policy

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can try PasteNotch before paying. If it still isn’t right for you after you buy, here is how refunds work. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to your original payment method through Polar.

PasteNotch (one-time purchase)

Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. The license is then deactivated.

PasteNotch Cloud (monthly subscription)

• Cancel anytime from Manage subscription. You keep Cloud until the end of the month you paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• Ask within 14 days of your first Cloud payment and you get a full refund of that payment.
• Renewal payments aren’t refunded for partial months, except where the law requires it or a service problem on our side kept you from using Cloud.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order or invoice number (it is in your Polar receipt). We reply within 2 business days. Refunds usually reach you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and doesn’t limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you have under consumer law where you live.
